Women’s Mindfulness-Based Wellness Group
This is an eight-week psycho-educational group for women based on principles of mindfulness applied to daily living. We explore emotional, mental and behavioral patterns that no longer serve us and learn ways to cultivate self-compassion, self-acceptance and emotional healing.
The group environment is casual, safe and supportive – a perfect setting to experiment with new ways of being, gain insight and foster mindful communication.
Learn tools to effectively manage stress and life challenges. Sessions include experiential mindfulness practices and innovative therapies that help you experience greater emotional well-being and resilience.
Sessions last 90 minutes. Day and evening groups are available. An initial individual intake is required. Please call for more information.
