Mindfulness-Based Eating (MB-EAT)

Over the course of our life time we often develop an unhealthy relationship with food, resulting in disordered eating patterns that can undermine our physical health and happiness. Compulsive eating, binge eating, weight gain, and stress related eating contribute to an unhealthy relationship to eating and food so common today.
